Training-provider quality report

A quality pack for independent training providers covering achievement, retention, destinations, and subcontracted provision ahead of a board or monitoring visit.

Adult learners seated at tables in a training room

Who it is for

Quality managers and managing directors of independent training providers and employer-providers who report to a board or prepare for an Ofsted monitoring visit.

What you receive

A bound narrative with charts that a non-specialist board member can read without an ILR glossary.

Achievement and retention by programme, withdrawals and breaks in learning, destination snapshots you already collect, and a subcontract annex if you use partners.

Included

  • Indicator list mapped to your current quality improvement plan
  • Two draft rounds
  • Final PDF for the board pack

Not included

  • ILR submission or funding claim work
  • Mock inspection of teaching sessions

Who prepares it

An associate familiar with apprenticeship and adult-skills reporting in England.

How the work runs

  1. Quality plan review We read your current QIP so the pack answers the board’s existing questions rather than inventing new ones.
  2. Extracts and draft You supply programme-level tables; we chart and comment.
  3. Board file Final pack timed to your next quality committee.

Timeline

Three to five weeks from a usable extract.

Where the work happens

Remote, with an optional visit to your training site.

What to prepare

Share the latest QIP, last board quality paper, and programme-level achievement tables.

Limits we will not stretch

Very small cohorts are reported in bands. We will not reconstruct missing destination records.

Fees

From £2,800. Subcontract annexes are quoted after we see partner numbers.

Next step

Send the provider name, the board date, and whether subcontractors sit in the same pack.
