Fees follow the meeting, the extract, and the number of settings
There is no monthly tariff. You commission a named paper. The figures below are starting points; a scoping note confirms the total before we ask for a deposit.

What moves a quote
- Number of year groups or programme lines in the indicator list
- Whether pupil-level files must be handled, or school-level tables suffice
- A site visit instead of a remote briefing
- A second audience (for example FGB plus a separate standards committee paper)
- Academies that cannot share a freeze date — we will quote extra extract rounds, or refuse a false comparison
Deposit and invoice
We invoice 40% to hold the meeting date once you accept the scoping note, and the balance when the final pack is sent. The deposit is described on the refunds page. We do not take card payments on this site.
