Refunds and cancellation

Write to hello@content-workline.click or telephone 07976574717 to ask for a refund or to cancel. Name the school or provider and the meeting date in the first line.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may cancel for a full refund of the deposit if you write before we have opened your extract and before five working days have passed since you accepted the scoping note, whichever is earlier. After we open an extract or begin the indicator dictionary, the deposit is not returned because that reading time is the start of the work.

Full and partial refunds

If we miss a deadline we ourselves set in the scoping note, and the miss is not caused by a late extract, you may choose a partial refund of 30% of the fee or a free redraft against the next meeting date. If you cancel after the first draft has been sent, we invoice for work done at the proportion of the fee set out in the scoping note (typically 60%) and refund any overpayment of the balance. We do not refund the deposit once drafting has started.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked for an agreed site visit after you asked us to come is not refundable once tickets or overnight rooms are purchased, unless we cancel the visit. Courier costs for printed packs you requested are not refundable after dispatch.

Process and timing

We confirm a refund decision in writing within ten working days. Approved refunds are paid within fourteen working days by the same bank transfer method you used to pay. We do not keep card details on this website.

Rescheduling, no-shows, and late extracts

If the governing body or quality committee moves by up to four weeks, we will retarget the pack once at no extra fee, provided the extract freeze can move with it. A second move is quoted. If you miss the briefing call without notice, we will offer one replacement slot in the following ten working days; a further miss is treated as the briefing delivered. If the extract never arrives, we may close the engagement and retain the deposit.

Work already started

Draft charts, caption sheets, and indicator dictionaries remain our working papers. You do not receive a usable final pack until the balance is paid. Materials we print for a visit that you cancel inside 48 hours are charged at cost.

Exceptions

If an associate is ill and we cannot cover the meeting date, you may cancel for a full refund including the deposit, or wait for a new date. Statutory inspection arriving in an active inspection week (which we do not work inside) is treated as a reschedule, not as a no-show.
