Pastoral deputies and attendance leads who need a governors’ or SLT paper before Easter, without repeating the full annual pack.

An eight-to-twelve page briefing with charts, a heat-map by year group, and a recommended discussion list.
Attendance and persistent absence only. Assessment and exclusions sit in other packs unless you commission an addendum.
